What delivery options are available in Spain?
We currently offer the following three delivery options for getting your order to you. Please know that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers.
Hermes home delivery: Free*
- Standard delivery: 3-5 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays
- Expected delivery date is provided at checkout
- For contactless delivery, you can include details of a safe place for your deliveries in the checkout or via the My Places feature in the Hermes app
- *Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of £19.90. Should your order be below that amount, the fee is £3.00
Hermes click & collect: Free
- Standard delivery: 3-5 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays
- Add your pick-up point address at checkout when prompted for your delivery address
- You'll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready to be collected
- *Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of £19.90
